Published purpose

The project aims to expand existing research capabilities to include additional cosmetic efficacy testing services and associated supporting quality assurance processes. Associated internal research and development processes will be undertaken to generate the knowledge necessary to support these additional operational needs while meeting international research standards. This infrastructure development positions the organization to market additional clinical trial services, hire additional personnel, provide additional cosmetic research opportunities to the citizens of Winnipeg, and complete planning expansions to integrate new service offerings into business development portfolios.
