Published purpose
Today, there is an overwhelming volume of government video content. The manual search and review process is time consuming and expensive, resulting in (i) important information being overlooked or missed, (ii) difficulty in tracking bill progress and (iii) identifying and reacting to trends. The proposed project is to experiment, build, test, and measure solving this problem with technology.
