Published purpose
HPN is building a hyper automation platform using data science, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) techniques to hyperscale its unique business model. The expected outcomes from this platform will enhance member and customer experience through self-service and AI concierge services; and innovation in HPN’s business model by unlocking the predictive and learning capabilities of the firm’s data. The completion of this project advances the platform toward a commercial pilot-ready, production grade system.
