This project establishes the foundational digital and data capabilities required for Parklane to adopt and apply emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence across its business and technical operations. It will unify data from multiple sources—engineering, testing, operations, project management, and financial systems—into a secure, governed, and analytics-ready environment. By modernizing pipelines, implementing governance and lineage controls, and developing automation and analytics tools, Parklane will strengthen decision-making, improve risk management, and prepare its workforce to use AI responsibly.
