Published purpose

With residential and commercial heating and cooling already amounting to nearly 20% of all energy consumed in the US and Canada, coupled with increasing demands on electricity grids from climate change, electric vehicles and data centers, grid operators are facing a major challenge. This project will deliver advanced HVAC management solutions to the 6 million small-medium sized commercial spaces in North America that currently do not have a smart HVAC management system. Building from the firm's smart thermostats, this project aims to integrate smart sensors connected to a software platform that is optimized using machine learning AI to provide alerts, predictive maintenance and problem solve, whilst reducing costly truck rolls and HVAC inefficiency.
