Published purpose
Bench Brewing wants to assist with the hiring of young talent to augment its Retail Merchandising sales onsite and online. This will be done in the Retail group where the qualified graduate, in her role as Retail Supervisor, will lead our Retail sales effort while also applying her skills in fashion design for new product innovation. The graduate will also leverage the company's new ERP system to store and analyze data to ensure market research on all of our fashion lines in our retail shop. The goal is to assist the new graduate to get career skills while employed in a good job and work environment with mentorship from senior leadership.
