Published purpose

This project integrates private 5G with FiberLAN/PON in commercial real estate buildings, creating resilient, high-bandwidth testbed infrastructure. It supports Neutral-Host Networks (NHN) for multi-tenant environments, enabling shared private 5G solutions. Vendors can deliver end-to-end offerings by combining private 5G with Internet of Things (IoT) and Closed-circuit Television (CCTV) systems. The network also gathers Building Automation System (BAS) and Internet of Things (IoT) data for Single Pane of Glass analytics and predictive maintenance, enhancing building intelligence. Through a partnership ecosystem and Living Labs, startups and innovators can collaborate to co-develop scalable, next-generation smart building solutions.
