Published purpose

Developing industrial-grade prototypes of the reprogrammable photolithography mask for operational demonstration in a real-world environment (TRL7). After obtaining two patents and with a third pending, the firm has a pre-MVP (a very basic prototype, all pixels moving at once, with software lacking automation and error handling, not yet commercially viable) that has demonstrated the TRL5-6 capability on a GCA stepper in an external microfabrication laboratory. With this project, the firm aim to produce two more concrete versions (individually actuated pixels, for two different industrial setups: ASML and Canon - market leaders) and test them in real-world environments with at least one partner and potential client (more after this project).
