Published purpose
This project builds the internal structure needed for sustainable scale up. This will be achieved by focusing on financial systems integration, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and operational infrastructure, and increased production capacity. This will enable data-driven decisions, and establish the operational foundation for manufacturing scale-up, commercialization readiness, and national market expansion.
