Key features include an AI natural-language query engine, intelligent staff and menu performance analytics, AI-assisted supplier comparison tools, and automated receipt processing using document AI. The system will be tested across a wide range of restaurant operations to validate model accuracy, explainability, usability, and commercial readiness. The goal is to empower restaurants with intuitive AI tools that simplify operations, improve efficiency, and increase profitability through actionable insights.
