Published purpose

This project will develop a cyber defence intelligence platform that analyzes publicly available and dark-web data sources to identify emerging cyber and hybrid threats to critical infrastructure. Using advanced data collection and analytical models, the system will generate high-level risk indicators and situational awareness to support early detection and informed decision-making. Initial development will focus on Canadian critical infrastructure use cases and deliver a prototype dashboard that visualizes global and national threat trends. The project aims to strengthen cyber resilience, support public-sector preparedness, and lay the groundwork for scalable, sovereignty-respecting cyber defence capabilities.
