Published purpose

This proposed travel to China, forms part of an R&D initiative to evaluate and de-risk the development of an advanced automated labelling and loading system intended to improve throughput, accuracy, and traceability within the Firm's custom cabinetry production workflow. The purpose of the visit is to conduct in-person technical assessments of candidate systems to determine whether they can be effectively customized and integrated into a highly variable, made-to-order manufacturing environment. Key objectives include evaluating machine architecture, software compatibility with existing CNC and scheduling systems, adaptability to non-standard cabinetry dimensions, and overall performance under simulate.
