The MNC Collab – 34 - SC project approach requires the systemic administration of a proprietary gene editing complex. This complex will target progenitor cells within the peripheral blood and bone marrow to perform an in-vivo edit of the BCL11A enhancer, effectively reactivating the expression of fetal hemoglobin aiming at a beneficial therapeutic outcome.
