Published purpose
The company is in the final stages of integrating a new safety lighting product into its existing smart lighting ecosystem. Before producing pre-commercial units for internal and beta testing, three critical activities must be completed: continued mobile application development to enable seamless integration with existing lighting systems; software development for a new wireless communication module that allows users to operate the product independently of other hardware; and software development to support programming, diagnostics, and testing of the new product.
