Published purpose
This project advances the engineering design of an Arctic capable modular vehicle platform intended for reliable operation in extreme and remote environments. Phase 1 focuses on structural simulation, cold-weather materials validation, and development of electrical, thermal, and digital system architectures supporting mobile healthcare and operational services.
