Published purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to support the Proponent's efforts to upgrade specific components of the NorSask Sawmill, to modernize and improve the mill's efficiency and capacity; thereby safeguarding jobs at NorSask. The NorSask sawmill is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Proponent which manages business development for the Meadow Lake Tribal Council.
