Published purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to support the University of Calgary and the University of Laval's joint one-week intensive summer Masters of public policy course on natural resources to foster a greater understanding among future policymakers. This year's theme was "energy transitions" and students learned the theory of climate change and the energy transitions as well as practical aspects such as law and regulations. The course solidified these learnings with site vitis and finished with a simulated policy exercise.
