Published purpose

The objective of the Project is to promote and deepen the efficacy of extractive sector transparency on a global scale. The objectives are as follows: To bring together EITI Board members to: * Have policy discussions around EITI implementing countries' progress in implementing the revised EITI Standard. * Have policy discussions around EITI reporting and disclosures. * Have policy discussions around EITI supporting companies' compliance with the company expectations. * Have discussions on a number of country Validations. * Have discussions around EITI outreach activities. * To agree and close EITI's 2023 annual accounts and to present the 2024 Q1 accounts, full year financial forecast.
