Published purpose
The aim is to apply two selected methods of analysis with existing genomic datasets from two different species of Canadian oak (Quercus macrocarpa, Quercus rubra) and to provide a set of diagnostic SNP markers that have been tested on DNA from wood extracted from Canadian oak.
