Published purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to support the construction of a biomethane production facility in the municipality of Shefford, Quebec. The Proponent will process equine and bovine manure, agricultural silage residues and grease traps from the restaurant industry to produce renewable natural gas (RNG) to be injected into the Énergir network.
