Published purpose

1. Develop supplements to the FNNBOA Technical Guide for Northern Housing (TGNH) on how new construction & renovations (retrofits) can improve housing conditions, move toward, and achieve Net-Zero for Indigenous communities in the North. 2. Understand the energy considerations in specific regions to achieve Net-Zero. 3. Develop supplements that will provide suggested strategies and pathways to achieving Net-Zero in new and existing homes. 4. Make the supplements available to contractors, decision makers, academics/trainers for the North. 5. Build the capacity of people in the industry working on construction, renovations as well as decision makers and academics trainers in the North
