Published purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to support the development and implementation of the Nuclear Energy Agency's (NEA's) Nuclear Education, Skills and Technology (NEST) Framework, which has Canada as a founding member. The NEST framework helps nuclear nations attract top global talent in the nuclear sector and help organize geographically-distributed research under focused project statements to generate useful, innovative breakthroughs to real-world energy problems.
