Published purpose
Under this project, the proponent will conduct a Feasibility study for the construction of a new production facility with the potential to produce 22.5M GJ/year of blue ammonia. The ammonia will be produced from hydrogen created using a thermodynamic process leveraging natural gas, combined with nitrogen, liquefied which will be stored on site before being shipped for export to Asian markets.
