This project aims to enhance the empowerment, protection and enjoyment of rights of child human rights defenders worldwide through a 3-year initiative led by Child Rights Connect. The project seeks to use a dual approach focused on improving safe and sustainable promotion and defence of human rights by empowering child human rights defenders, particularly girls and other groups most deprived of their rights. It also aims to increase effective recognition of child human rights defenders by duty-bearers and responsibility-holders, both contributing to a more enabling environment.
