The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacity of regional and municipal officials in Lviv and Dnipropetrovsk to conduct evidence-based analysis and to use the results to inform economic development plans aligned at all three levels of government (central, regional, and municipal). The project also builds the capacity of Ukraine's National Academy of Public Administration to competently offer courses in evidence-based economic development planning, to ensure that knowledge transfer can occur in other regions and municipalities beyond the life of the project.
