This project seeks to strengthen civilian emergency preparedness and response capacity in Tawan. Project activities include: (1) Providing training workshops delivered to Forward Alliance’s organizational partners and their community leaders across Taiwan; (2) Recruiting volunteer ambassadors; (3) Updating the iCanHelp mobile app to increase accessibility of emergency preparedness information across Taiwan; and (4) Strengthening a non-governmental coordination group to improve collaboration and delivery of services to the public in the event of an emergency.
