This project aims to support the development and application of gender perspectives in multilateral arms control, non-proliferation and disarmament. Project activities include: (1) researching women’s participation in technical roles related to conventional weapons and ammunition; (2) developing and implementing capacity-building activities to improve gender equality in technical roles in arms control and disarmament; and (3) organizing meetings with government representatives and stakeholders in multilateral capitals to promote the work carried out and gather suggestions on areas for priority engagement.
