This project aims to support the efforts of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1540 Group of Experts to assist UN member states in Latin America and the Caribbean in developing and implementing their 1540 National Action Plans. Project activities included: (1) conducting 2 visits to each member state to assist with the drafting of National Action Plans; and (2) developing and holding consultation on the National Implementation Action Plans with national stakeholders.
