The project aims to build the capacity of the Ministry of Education’s Department of Planning to support the implementation of the National Education Strategic Plan, promote the integration of child-friendly schools in the National Plan, and equip schools and communities with tools to enable them to establish child-friendly school environments. In order to promote equitable, quality basic education for all children (girls and boys), the project focuses on the most disadvantaged children through a range of innovative programs and initiatives in education, with an emphasis on gender equality and eliminating disparities of all kinds.
