The goal of this project is to improve the quality of primary school education throughout Egypt, by helping the Ministry of Education develop the training, management ability, and teaching skills needed to apply and sustain the country's national standards of education. Initially, the project involves 180 schools in Upper Egypt. As the capacity of the Ministry increases, the benefits extend throughout the country.
