This project works to further the social, economic, cultural, civil and political development of women, adolescent girls, and girl children, especially those from marginalized groups. By providing advisory services to selected civil society organizations, funding small projects that support women's rights and access to services, and supporting the growth of civil society and government networks that share best practices and lessons learned, the project seeks to increase awareness of and support for gender equality.
