This project aims to strengthen the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Secretariat's capacity to fulfill its mandate to support the development objectives of the countries of the Eastern Caribbean. The project focuses on strengthening administrative management, financial management, research, data collection and analysis, human resource management, and communications and public awareness. The thrust of the project is to create a "centre of excellence" that is more focused, viable, and relevant to OECS member states and donor countries.
