This project entails improving basement laundry room access and accessibility. Replacement of basement stairs. Stair incline requires new accessible handrail, extended landing and widening of steps for safety and accessibility. Finishing basement laundry room. Adding area for secure storage of program supplies and client property in basement space. Exposed wiring, fire rated ceiling needed to close access, larges holes in the brick walls. Enclose and secure electrical panel, drywall and frame install.
