Published purpose

The recipient will undertake an inter-community transit service review to better understand the most effective transit service strategy to service demand between the communities that compose the Southwest Community Transit Association (SCT), a network of individual transit systems in small and/or rural communities of southwestern Ontario composed of County of Brant, Grey County, the Municipality of Lambton Shores, Middlesex County, Norfolk County, the City of Owen Sound, Oxford County, Perth County, the City of Stratford, the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc, and the Town of Tillsonburg.
