This planning project is to investigate the costs and benefits and the barriers to the conversion of over 300 km of derelict rail corridor on Vancouver Island to an active transportation network that would link 6 First Nations reservations and 24, mostly coastal cities, towns, villages and small communities on Vancouver Island.
