Published purpose

This planning project will develop an interactive ArcGIS model to evaluate Hamilton’s road network using the level of traffic stress methodology. The process will assign numerical LTS scores to each road link, mid-block crossing, multi-use trail, and intersection across Hamilton (both urban and rural).
