Published purpose
This project will develop an Active Transportation Master Plan for the City including consultation with stakeholders, community members, proposal of locations for bike infrastructure, and priority ranking for implementation. This plan will also be comprehensive and include general engineering design for proposed cycling infrastructure, costing, drawings of how the proposed infrastructure will provide connections between off-road paths, parks, and trails.
