Published purpose
The intent of this project is to improve active transportation modes, specifically cycling, within the Township by connecting two major east-west routes, New York Central Trail and Craig Street. The improved north-south connection of Hamilton Road will allow commuters to navigate around and through the Village of Russell and increase connectivity to surrounding regions, specifically the City of Ottawa via Craig Street.
