Published purpose
This construction and rehabilitation project entails the completion of the Conception Bay South T’Railway by extending the coastal section of the T’Railway by 3.2 KM into Seal Cove. By completing this section of the T’Railway, the Town of Conception Bay South will have • completely connected the community east to west with a non-motorized active transportation corridor • created a community-wide tourism attraction that can be marketed to visitors to the Northeast Avalon region.
