Published purpose

This project is dedicated to mitigating the impacts of permafrost thaw by replacing key infrastructure at the Thompson Airport which has been impacted by discontinuous permafrost settlements. Key infrastructure will be relocated to more stable ground clear of the discontinuous permafrost which has impacted the existing assets.
