Develop an Active Transportation Plan that would identify opportunities in each community, prioritize & provide cost estimates for projects and consult residents within each community as to how we can improve AT. This will include research, mapping, community consultations, priority planning, project costing and pulling all of the data together in a readable/accessible document.
