Published purpose

Retrofit of a facility to provide recreational activities in Herring Cove, NS that integrates green practices with cost-effective energy measures. The facility design provides space for all ages, genders and ethnicities, to be accessible and barrier-free, with universal design standards, to connect diverse populations, such as seniors, youth, people with special needs and new immigrants.
