Published purpose

"Roussillon MRC wants to develop an active mobility plan based on its current sustainable mobility plan. The active mobility plan will build on previous work by providing a preliminary design for active mobility features such as pedestrian access points and bicycle paths. These features will be based on case studies and best practices in the field and will be adapted to their surroundings. Eventually, the plan will also be presented to the parties involved – elected officials and employees of the MRC and the municipalities and the general public – to gather comments and incorporate them into the plan with a view to obtaining broad community support. This will provide all the information needed to formalize our active transportation plan and complete our sustainable mobility plan."
