Published purpose

This planning project will conduct a detailed design in preparation for a capital project application for the Hespeler Pedestrian Bridge. The Hespeler Pedestrian Bridge will cross the Speed River and will link the existing Mill Run trail on the north side of the river and a new proposed trail on the south side of the river.
