The Recipient and the Ultimate Recipient will each purchase one hybrid vehicle to support an existing transit service for older adults and persons with mobility issues in rural regions surrounding the City of Ottawa, including: Carp, Carslbad, Constance Bay, Cumberland, Dunnrobin, Fitzroy-Harbour, Galetta, Greely, Kinburn, Manotick, Navan, Osgoode, Richmond and Vars.
