This project consists of the consolidation or heightening of various protection works to protect the populations from more frequent floods than before. This takes into account the protection of infrastructures and essential services of the different cities grouped in this project: A- Boisbriand Improvement works on the stormwater network, on the sewers to avoid overflow. Work on the wastewater treatment plant and acquisition of land in a flood zone. B- St-Eustache Reconstruction of the Joseph-Lacombe and Iles Yale bridges. Immunization of various streets in flood zones (dikes). C- Rosemere Construction of a dike along the Rivière aux Chiens and the Rivière-des-Mille-Iles and reinforcement of 3 existing dikes. Construction of a storm pumping station. Upgrading of the stormwater network.
