Published purpose
Several municipalities in Haut-Richelieu MRC, including the City of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, want to take measures to promote cycling. The planning project will help planners and decision-makers determine whether the implementation of a self-service electric bicycle network in Haut-Richelieu MRC is viable and, if so, design the process and estimate the costs of operating such a network.
