Published purpose

This project will build a new retention treatment basin to provide additional surcharge storage for the Lou Romano Water Reclamation Plant during heavy rain events, as well as the construction of other backup measures within the existing sewer system, to protect the community. Once complete, the project will mitigate the impacts of future heavy rain events related to climate change.
