Published purpose

The Oil Mill Creek watershed – This will be a constructed wetland in Port Colborne's Cedar Bay Park, with a trail feature. This will require digging/dredging/grading of the land in the maintenance corridor of the Oil Mill Creek Drain. A stone trail will be constructed around the wetland, to create a walking feature and encourage visitors to appreciate the naturalized space. Staff will be planting trees, shrubs, and other native plants in the wetland.
