Published purpose

The Oxford Community Centre Associate (OCCA) plans to build a net zero carbon building that will serve the Oxford and surrounding area. With the growing population, the Oxford Community Centre will be a recreational sports facility, library and learning centre, and gathering space that will support the community's evolving needs and provide an inclusive nd accessible space for socialization.
